The mission of the Emergency Management Agency is to save lives and to protect property while minimizing the impact of catastrophic events on Noble County's citizens.

 Our purpose is to establish functions and responsibilities of Noble County agencies through a comprehensive plan. This plan helps organizations deal effectively with the mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery elements of emergencies.
